How to read this page
How it’s measured. Revenue over the last four reported quarters against the four before, for S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 companies, compared with the median of their curated direct rivals.
Sources. Company financial statements from Financial Modeling Prep; curated rivals from Stox.
Rivals are the companies each business competes with for the same customers, chosen from its business segments for Stox. Acquisitions count as growth, so a big purchase can open a lead without any market share being won.
Revenue is as reported in US dollars; companies reporting in other currencies are left out of the comparison.
